The Big
Tusker
We take classic Land Rovers and turn them into the adventuring vehicles of your dreams. We also customise each one with the spirit of an African animal - just to add that extra dose of wildness. Africa’s “big tusker” elephants, so called because of their huge tusks that each weighs in excess of 50kg and reaches almost to the ground. Ever since the Magnificent Seven was first named in the 1970's, Kruger's elephants with large tusks have been a source of awe and inspiration around the world. While many of Africa's elephant populations have seen the genes of their largest tuskers depleted by ivory hunting and poaching, Kruger's legends live on.
Elephants are also known for their incredible ability to remember people, places and experiences - much like humans. We'd say it is almost fate to own one of our classic Land Rovers that's inspired by the "bug tusker" elephant so that you can make memories of your own!
